ObjectiveTo use time-lapse imaging to compare embryo morphokinetic parameters between embryos resulting in euploid pregnancy loss and live birth.DesignRetrospective cohort study.SettingSingle academic fertility center.Patient(s)All single transfers October 2015 January 2018.Intervention(s)Collection analysis of baseline characteristics, cycle parameters, outcomes.Main Outcome Measure(s)Embryo measurements assessed with for time syngamy (TPNf), two cells, three four eight morula, blastocyst.Result(s)The study included 192 single-embryo transfers. Of these, the rate was 78% (150 193) live-birth 63% (121 193). There were 43 that did not result pregnancy, 15 biochemical losses, 13 clinical 121 births. no statistically significant difference age, body mass index, or number oocytes retrieved groups. Unadjusted adjusted models revealed differences morphokinetics miscarriage compared those birth.Conclusion(s)Embryos resulted a display evidence abnormal on imaging.
